Teen titans: Starfire by Elle-Cosplay Teen titans: Starfire by Elle-Cosplay
Starfire is a force to be reckoned with and this photo definately made me feel that way. Though I am warming up to the new 52 concept and slowly making me like the new version of her I am still totally in love with her from the originals and the cartoon. She's a strong woman, a feirce warrior and passionate in all she does. I hope to embody that strength each time I wear the costume. It's always awesome when little kids come up knowing who are you and the look on little girls faces when they see "Princess Starfire" walking through the convention. Its the best part of the costume in my opinion.

The costume is made from four way stretch hologram lyrca. The gem are made from air dry foam and painted with acrylic paint, then a layer of gloss. I used wolfe bodypaint to tint myself for the day, first time I did it and I will never cosplay Starfire without it ever again.

This amazing photo was taken by the ever talented Amaleigh Photography. A fellow geek girl and the biggest sweet heart I have ever met! She did such a fanastic job with the photography and the edits. Be sure to check out her face book page!

Incredible job on Robin's princess! Very creative. I like to see people putting together such detailed costumes. Putting heart into what they do. People who take pleasure in the reactions of others to their creations.
You might want to consider making a comic book. Use photos as panel work. It would be awesome!

Gorgeous orange woman. I do always adore this concept and the large background you placed it in. It all fits very well.

As with NU 52 in general... I am... having some issues with it at a lot of points because sexism and sudden decrease of female writers. They need to learn how to write female characters better and not go backwards. DC you are amazing but be more progressive or Marvel is going to kick your ass!
